The operating entity has not been published. Until it is, this page does not satisfy GDPR Art. 13(1)(a) and must not be relied on as the notice given to data subjects. Missing: name, address, registrationNumber, vatNumber, contactEmail, supervisoryAuthority. Set them in src/lib/legal/entity.ts.

1. The service

Conflikt is a management layer on top of Microsoft Intune: it reads your tenant's configuration through the Microsoft Graph API and, on your instruction or through automation you enable, publishes and updates applications in your tenant. Conflikt is not affiliated with Microsoft.

2. Your account and tenants

You may only connect Microsoft 365 tenants you are authorized to administer. You are responsible for the actions taken through your account and for the consequences of automation you enable (such as background auto-updates), which acts on your tenant without further confirmation.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly basis. Plan limits (such as the number of connected tenants) apply from the moment of a plan change; on downgrade, connecting additional tenants is blocked until you are within your new limit. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal — access continues to the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Conflikt to violate law, to access tenants without authorization, or to distribute malicious software. We may suspend accounts that endanger the service or other customers.

5. Software packages

Application installers are downloaded from the vendors' own distribution points as referenced by the WinGet community repository. Conflikt does not alter installer binaries but wraps them for deployment. You remain responsible for the licensing of the software you deploy to your devices.

6. Availability and support

Conflikt is provided on an as-is basis without uptime guarantees unless your plan includes an SLA. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conflikt's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Conflikt is not liable for indirect damages, including damage caused to devices by software you chose to deploy.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time; connected tenants are disconnected and stored tenant metadata is removed. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Every revision is versioned and listed in the revision history on this page. A material change — one that affects your rights, our liability, or who processes your data — requires your explicit acceptance: you will be asked to accept the new version on your next sign-in, and the version you accepted is recorded against your account. Continued use alone is never treated as acceptance of a material change.
